These terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of products through our website. You will be asked to give your express agreement to these terms and conditions before you place an order on our website.
Order process
No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this order process section.
To enter into a contract through our website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken: you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout; you must then insert payer’s details, receiver’s details and delivery address; you must select your preferred method of payment and confirm your order and your consent to the terms of this document; after you have completed your checkout procedure (at which point your order will become a binding contract); with card, Stripe and other online payments you will be transferred to our payment service provider’s website, and our payment service provider will handle your payment; we will then send you an initial acknowledgement and order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract).
Terms of payment
Online payment, you must pay the prices of the products you order during the checkout process.
If you choose Bank transfer payment, please make your payment directly in to our bank account. Your order won’t be processed until the funds have cleared in our account. Your order will be processed immediately after your payment has been received in to our bank account. Please make your payment within 2 working days of placing your order online. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. If your payment has not been received by us within that period your order will be automatically cancelled.
Other terms and conditions
All goods will remain the property of Ecolution Hubs LTD until payment in full is received. In case of delayed payment, Ecolution Hubs LTD, has the right to implement 0,1% daily interest.
We accept written complaints sent by e-mail only. Complaints must be filed not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. If necessary, we may ask you to send photos. We reserve the right to refuse to accept complaints sent later than 14 days from delivery or/and improper proof of the warranty issue.
Delivery time for our standard 2.9m lenghts is between 1 and 3 days once an order has been placed and paid for, we can also get composite cut to your exact sizes eliminating waste and reducing your overall costs due to no cutting on site.
